This Privacy Policy explains how Kovvid collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our AI generation service. It should be read together with our User Agreement.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you use the Kovvid website, applications, tools, and related services (collectively, the "service").

Certain features may be accompanied by supplemental notices that add to this Policy. Information handled by third parties is governed by their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

Identity verification information when required by law or needed for risk control.

Usage data, including activity logs, generated content, device information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic data, and crash reports.

Payment and billing information processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full bank card numbers or passwords.

3. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, customize, and improve the service and user experience.

To complete registration, authentication, account management, and core features such as AI image and video generation and collaboration.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 20, 2025 and should be read together with the Kovvid User Agreement.
